Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. If an item requires a special order from our OEM supplier, we'll email you with an updated timeline within one business day of your purchase, and you'll always have the option to cancel for a full refund if the timing doesn't work for you.
Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on size, weight, and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by MB TECH PDX.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout — we ship to the address provided exactly as entered. We're happy to help correct an address if you catch a mistake before the label is generated; once the label has been printed, the carrier may charge an address-correction fee (typically $20+) which we'll pass through to the customer.
Risk of loss
Once a package is handed to the carrier and a tracking number is issued, the package is in the carrier's care. We will always help you file a claim or trace a package, but MB TECH PDX is not responsible for carrier-side delays, mishandling, theft, or loss in transit.
Damaged in transit
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@mbtechpdx.com within 5 business days of delivery and include:
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the damaged part
- A photo of the shipping label
- Your order number
We'll handle the carrier claim on our end and either replace the part or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Reporting promptly is important because carriers have strict claim windows; the sooner we know, the better we can take care of you.
Lost packages
If tracking stalls or the carrier confirms a package is lost, contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update and we'll open a trace and work toward a resolution as soon as the carrier confirms the loss.
Marked "delivered" but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier facility — packages occasionally get scanned early or left at a nearby address. If you still can't locate it, email us and we'll help you file a carrier investigation. For orders over $500 we automatically require signature on delivery to protect both sides.
Free shipping promotions
When free shipping is offered, MB TECH PDX selects the carrier and service level. Free shipping does not apply to oversize or freight items unless explicitly stated.
